Quality of Life Feature: save filters in blueprints#96

When using a blueprint, it would be nice if the original filters could be set (e.g. mining station -> ore filter -> printer -> component filter. Currently, one has to set it every time a blueprint is used. not sure if this is a bug or a missing feature, though.
