Quality of Life Feature: Connectors only cost power per straight line.#82

If connectors only cost power for each straight line drawn (microgravity so no constant push required through the entire line) rather than per individual connector they would be much easier to use, especially with the other proposed quality of life features that make 2x2 junctions unnecessary.

This lowers the limitations on how long a connector line can be due to the need for additional solar panels taking space. Especially when you need 3 connector lines side by side to feed a large building.

I missed this suggestion but really like it. Considering it
