Bot recycling rework#79

It’s a bit silly that newly created ships can go straight to the ship reprocessor. Ships that are about to expire should instead look for available ship reprocessors instead of self destructing

i like that idee but then add a setting for us to chose if also newly produced robots can be reprocessed so its our choice if we want to “waste” them ;)
