Allow the railgun to fire items over long ranges to transport stuff

Pitch: It could have a large time delay as all thrust is added at the start rather than continuously. Not too sure what would be a good use case that doesn’t overlap too much with haulers?

The plan is to have this mechanic replace Cargo drones.

There will be a new structure that replaces the logistics bay that can fire packages of items in any direction to other such structures. This will be the new way you transfer items between stations over a medium range.

Oooh, that is a revolutionary change. I look forward to it with anticipation. i also wonder if that means we’ll end up using atomic printers every time we want a 2x1 structure. -Henrik
