Landing Zone Rework#72

A Landing Zone Projector would be a structure that could be attached to a station, and when the station lands it would project a specified landing zone.

This makes landing zones more modular as they can move with a station, be part of published blueprints, and allows them to better support mobile base playstyles as they make haulers an option for replacing the main bus in mobile bases.
