Upgrade/Swap Structures#46

Would be nice if you had the option to upgrade a module like a conveyor or cargo drone and it would flag the selected targets to be deconstructed and replaced with their T2 version. Would also be nice if we had a T2 version of a module and if we try to place it over a T1 version it would automatically swap them.
