Activation of Celestara Artifacts through several means#29

The tooltip says it needs power which seems to mislead some people.

Some try shooting it, some try activating it with Tesla artifacts.

I’m thinking, these are all ways to transfer power. Maybe they should all work?

Or maybe the tooltip needs an adjustment, like implying they need to be investigated more up close.
